Academie Musique Registration Procedure
Please read all of the policies before registering for lessons and ensembles. To establish private lessons or ensemble involvement, please contact the office via email with your interest and student information (name, age, instrument). The division director will contact you via email and discuss private teacher options. After you have secured a private teacher, the teacher will give you the password to the registration tab for online registration. You will fill out a registration form per child. The completed registration form will be sent to us in an email. The office staff will enter it into Quickbooks with the discounts available to you and email the invoice to you for all in your family. At that time, you can pay online through Quickbooks using a Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or bank draft or bring in payment by check or cash to the office. It does benefit the Academie to pay with check or cash, however, we will accept MC, Visa or Discover.
You are able to make payments throughout the semester. Please indicate on the registration form if you desire to pay in 1, 2, 3 or 4 installments so we can notate it properly on your invoice. After a payment is received either through Quickbooks or in the office, then you are officially “registered” for the semester and can begin classes.
