We are thrilled to announce that Academie Musique will be purchasing the property formerly known as Cater Elementary School, located in South Temple, in January of 2027!

We are happy to announce the Measure by Measure Campaign to raise $800,000. By helping us to purchase, repair, update, and furnish the space, this campaign will secure the Academie’s legacy in Central Texas for many years to come, ensuring financial sustainability and increased impact.

Our new home, located in Temple with easy access to multiple highways, will be ready in 2027. Until then, we will fundraise and prepare to move while occupying a temporary space in a local church.

  • To begin the process of permanently establishing our presence in Central Texas, Academie Musique will purchase the former Cater Elementary School building in January of 2027.
  • Additional costs to prepare the building for daily operations of our music school include parking, sound proofing, furnishings, renovations, and equipment
  • We are looking to raise $800,000. Named sponsorship opportunities range from $2,000 – $50,000
